Day 6 after my disc replacement. Sean, I totally connect with you on getting to that low point in life due to the pain and not functioning as well as you once were. Pain changes a person. Fast forward, with the love and support from my husband and kids, I'm so thankful, that I was able to have the disc replacement. My doctor was empathetic, informative, and real about what was going on with my spine (C1-C7 )and gave me options from the least invasive physical therapy, steroid injection (which won't fix the disc if it's badly damaged) to having the surgery. I was very anxious about having my disc replaced. too. But the thought of living with the shitty dull continued arm and neck pain and becoming a burden on my family, helped me decide to go ahead with the surgery. You documented the realness of the pain and recovery very well. Thank you, for sharing your experience, I hope it gives others the courage to move forward with the disc replacement. Lastly, I appreciate your time and effort because you filmed during your recovery, which was no easy feat! Apologies for the long ramble

Thanks for the clear explanation. But what is the best setting on this camera to capture the Northern Lights? The P position? And which settings within P mode?
I recommend using a tripod, a self timer and then set it to long exposure (open the shutter for longer to let in more light). Having said that, this camera probably won’t get you the best results shooting in low light conditions, but you can still give it a try.
Recently had 2 herniated discs in 6 months and the last one lasted 2 months 10 days of pinched nerve misery. Dr.s in USA suck horribly. I’ve had No pain relief, been called a pain exaggerator and blown off. Mri says otherwise, dr. Now Says c5 thru c7 fusion,( still no pain relief) also told me that 5mm artificial discs are the smallest. The internet says 4mm is what is available tho. I hate dr.s ,every one I’ve been to has lied at some point. The pain clinic has a talk therapy for pain management. I heard that and almost shit myself, those idiots are insane to think real pain is psychological.

Why on earth did they change the bowler from having a chute for the ball to run down, to actually bowling the ball, it makes the game unplayable...

Did you have sharp pain down lower around your mid back between your shoulder blades? How long did it take to start improving significantly? What helped most with the pain?
Hi, I did not experience that pain before or after my surgery. I had acute nerve pain in my neck and was loosing strength in my right arm. Majority or all of that pain was resolved right after I came out of the surgery. The surgical intervention helped the most to resolve my pain. My advice would be to speak to a trusted specialist doctor/surgeon to discuss and treat your unique case. Hope that helps. Wishing you all the best. - Sean

What kind of exercise did you do after a month and the pain of your fingers disappeared after a few days؟ Thank you.
I worked closely with my physio for 2-3 months post surgery. She helped with mobilisation and have me a selection of light stretches and exercises to do as part of my recovery. My advice would be to work with a trusted physio. Hope that helps. Wishing you all the best. - Sean

Hey James, thanks for checking out my channel and for your kind comment. There is definitely a lot of value in forming connections with others and putting oneself out onto social media, but to day in and day out be posting endless posts and updates, scrolling endless feeds and spending a large majority of the little time we have in this life is complete waste, not to mention all the other negative mental and physical health disadvantages. I swim in the ocean 2 - 3 times a week and every now and then run up the mountain. I also enjoy going camping, which is something I'd like to do more often. It's been almost three months since my cervical disc replacement surgery, and I'm thrilled to report that my recovery has been fantastic! I've been able to get back to my usual activities like swimming, riding my scooter, and playing guitar without any pain. My surgeon was really pleased with my progress at my follow-up consultation and gave me the green light for vigorous exercise. Unfortunately, I did get sick in May, possibly after my COVID booster shot, but thankfully, it didn't cause any issues with my back or neck. I'm amazed at how well my scar has healed, and this whole experience has taught me to be incredibly grateful for every pain-free day. I hope that helps. Wishing you all the best.

Depends how dirty your floors are but I'd always recommend mopping.

They make these fins to fit a range of shoe sizes, so just make sure you get a pair that is for your specific shoe size. I hope that helps.

Hi, thanks for your review I really found it interesting. You have had ample time now to cross examine Braun and to find out why they are tracking the rinse wash. How did you go with this? The other thing is if the brush handles a charge for 2 weeks am I meant to turn the charge port off?
Glad you found it interesting. I have not reviewed any other toothbrushes. This is my go to brush - still use it. Not sure how long the charge lasts. You don't need to turn off the charge port, you can leave it plugged in. Hope that helps.

I've just received it, for the price the materials are very weak, the plastic piece on top also makes noises when you try to close the lid, the mechanism is different from the old ones, it's not a single piece, the plastic in general isn't as thick as the old ones.

I no longer have the generic controller. And sorry for the very late reply.
I had the same surgery about 3 weeks ago...I ate a Taco Bell crunchwrap after I was released (7 hours post surgery) while waiting for my prescription to be filled. That's not to say it was all great, to his point, sleeping was an absolute bear for the first few nights. But honestly, within 4 days the only complaint was the pain in my neck/not being to bend down. No brace, off opiods within 72 hours, went for a 1.5 mile walk within 24 hours of waking up from procedure. People, if you're on the fence and you trust your surgeon, it's the best decision you could make. Headaches and nerve pain are gone, my quality of life is already better even with the annoyance "pain" involved with recovery.

I specifically asked my doctor and was told that it is not needed. If it helps with comfort, then I'm sure you're welcome to wear one, but I was advised not to. Apologies for delayed reply.
